Our trainers will design a personalized training plan to suit your needs, abilities and goals. They’ll correct your technique, and mix it up to keep you challenged and motivated.

Train4Life Personal Training Cost

1-on-1 Personal Training - 60 minute sessions

  • 2  one-on-one sessions with 1 HIIT4Life session per week- $474 monthly

  • 3 one-on-one sessions with 1 HIIT4Life session per week - $600 monthly

  • Plus $29 Usage Fee Monthly

Release and Waive Liability

Members/Guest acknowledgement and assumption of the risk and full release from liability of Train4Life Fitness Center

Member/Guest acknowledgement that the personal training fitness assessment hereunder includes the participation in the strenuous physical activities, including but not limited to; aerobics, dance, weight training, stationary biking, various aerobic conditioning machines and various nutritional programs offered by Train4Life. Member/Guest agrees to assume all risk as responsibility involved with participation in physical activities. Members/Guest affirms that member is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit participation in the physical activities. Member/Guest agrees to assume any risks and takes responsibility for not exceeding his/her own physical limits
