Train4Life Personal Training comes in all shapes and sizes! We offer everything from 1 to 3x a week, to app training, group training, bootcamps, and more. Personal training is for people of ALL fitness levels. Whether you are a seasoned vet looking to spice up your fitness routine, or someone just starting out, personal training can help you take that next step towards your goals. All Train4Life Personal Trainers are qualified and trained to help you reach those goals and then pass them. From exercise to nutrition we do it all.

Personal Training Pricing
1-on-1 Personal Training - 60 minute sessions
Individualized training plan, nutritional coaching, scheduling flexibility, access to the Train4Life Program App.
$52.50 per session
Partner Training - Pairs of 2 - 60 minute sessions
Semi-Individualized training plan divided between partners with like goals, nutritional coaching, scheduling flexibility, access to the Train4Life Program App.
$26.25 per session (per person)
Team Training - Groups of 3 or more - 60 minute sessions
Program design is a pre-designed program based off of Train4Life principles. Team training serves as a way for clients to be held accountable. Set times/dates.
As low as $19.23 per session (per person)
Bootcamp Classes - Class size varies - 45 minute class
Cardiovascular centered workout designed to create accountability and community for participants.
