Ann Marie Ellis
Ann Marie started her fitness journey doing competitive gymnastics. After working as a gymnastics coach for five years, she wanted to help others achieve their goals and show how amazing the human body can be.
After joining the Train4Life team, Ann Marie finally found something about which she is deeply passionate. Ann Marie is a friendly face to all of our members and loves showing up to work bright and early each day.
Currently, Ann Marie is preparing for our annual Day of Champions and she plans on competing in more bodybuilding shows in the future. Outside of the gym, Ann Marie is an awesome mother of two girls and, day in and day out, she comes to Train4Life ready to work!
